A mission at scale. Tools that couldn't keep up.

Rethink Food is a New York City nonprofit that rescues excess food from restaurants and grocers, transforms it into chef-prepared meals, and distributes it to food-insecure communities — delivering over 40,000 meals per week across NYC and Miami. Despite serious funding and a powerful mission, their operations ran on a patchwork of spreadsheets and disconnected SaaS tools that didn't talk to each other. Coordinating food donors, chefs, drivers, and community organizations was increasingly unsustainable.
